 上海市浦东新区精神卫生中心，创建于1959年，前身为浦东县精神病疗养所。1998年增加冠名“浦东新区心理咨询中心”。2021年正式成为“同济大学附属精神卫生中心”。

医院核定床位510张，开放床位800余张，是一所集临床医疗、科研教学、公共精神卫生服务为一体的、功能齐全的大型精神专科医院。目前职工近300人，医师中高级职称占23% ，硕士以上学历占54%。作为同济大学精神医学和应用心理学硕士和博士培养点，有博士生导师3人，硕士生导师6人，主编或参编国家级规划教材10余本；拥有上海市精品课程、上海市课程思政示范课程及课程思政示范团队，教学研究荣获同济大学教学成果二等奖。

医院诊疗科目覆盖精神科所有亚专科，并设有中医科、内科、全科等临床科室，收治各类精神障碍患者，开展多层次心理健康促进。在著名精神病学家赵旭东教授的带领下，医院的学科建设迈上了高质量发展之路，确立了“人文、精致、全程”的心理健康服务内涵，形成了以“心身医学与心理治疗”为龙头、“临床精神医学”和“公共精神卫生学”为两翼的“精心”学科布局。医院是国家卫健委《心理治疗规范》的牵头起草单位，是享誉国际的心理治疗规范化培训项目“中德班”的主要组织机构，是上海市首批心理咨询从业人员实习培训基地，是上海乃至全国心理治疗技术的实施、培训和研发中心。

临床医疗服务以“人文精神医学”为建设标准，心理健康促进方案荣获“健康上海建设优秀案例”，是上海市“人文精神医学”医学伦理实践基地，是中华医学会心身医学分会“心身医学整合诊疗中心”。

医院重视学科研究平台建设，成立了“临床研究与转化中心”，是“国家药物临床试验机构”，“同济大学精神疾病临床研究中心”，“教育部交通行为、心理与安全联合实验室”，“同济大学中德精神卫生研究所”。引进荷兰阿姆斯特丹自由大学终生教授、“树洞救援团”创始人黄智生博士及团队，建设“心理健康人工智能研究中心”，成立“树洞救援上海中心”，搭建以目前世界上最先进的知识图谱系统为核心技术的“心理健康风险预警和干预网络”，致力于开创人工智能与心理救援实践的新模式。

在发展自身的同时，医院积极推进开展区域内外医疗联盟建设。与浙江省嘉兴二院合作共建“联合心理卫生中心”，与多家三级医院、社区卫生服务中心合作共建“浦东新区精神卫生联盟”，是北京师范大学临床心理学部教学实践基地，与复旦大学、同济大学等高校创新开展“家-校-医”融合的学生心理健康服务新模式，打造“医企结合”、医校结合”的全民心理健康服务网络。

医院积极加强对外交流与合作，与德国海德堡大学、弗赖堡大学、汉堡大学；美国耶鲁大学、哈佛大学等国际知名高校常年开展高水平学术交流和临床培训。近年来，医院选派学科骨干开展国际交流20余人次；联合培养硕士生、博士生10余人，开展惠及近千人次的国际培训项目近10项。

历经60多年的风雨洗礼，在几代人的共同努力下，医院的高质量发展取得了骄人的成绩：获得了上海市五一劳动奖状、上海市文明单位、上海市志愿者服务基地、上海市志愿服务先进集体称号等诸多荣誉。

About Us

Shanghai Pudong New Area Mental Health Center(Mental Health Center affiliated to Tongji University) was founded in 1959, with Pudong County Psychiatric Sanatorium and Shanghai Pudong New Area Psychological Counselling Centre being its predecessors. After more than 60 years of development and evolution, it is now a large and functional psychiatric hospital integrating clinical care, scientific research and teaching, public mental health services,etc.

There are 510 approved beds and over 800 open beds in the center. In accordance with the standards of tertiary hospital, it covers all sub-specialties of psychiatry, as well as clinical departments such as traditional Chinese medicine, internal medicine and general medicine. Through treating patients with various mental disorders and carrying out activities of multi-level mental health promotion, the center is committed to building a new model of mental health services with the essence of "Humanistic, Sophisticated and Holistic".The center’s Clinical services and mental health promotion awarded the "Excellent Case of Healthy Shanghai Construction". Its “Mental Health and Medical Humanities Ethics”became Medical Ethics Practice Base in Shanghai.The center is the first training base for psychological counselling practitioners in Shanghai, and is the "Integrative Psychosomatic Medicine Centre" of the Psychosomatic Medicine, Chinese Medical Association.Psychosomatic medicine and psychotherapy are regarded as the leading disciplines to promote the center’s high-quality development.

The center attaches importance to the construction of a scientific research platform and has set up the "Psychiatry Transfer Research Center". It is also the “National Drug Clinical Trial Institution”, Clinical Center for Mental Disease of Tongji University, Joint Laboratory of Traffic Behavior, Psychology and Safety, Ministry of Education, and Sino-German Institute of Mental Health. The center conducts high-level academic exchanges and clinical training with internationally renowned universities such as Heidelberg University, Freiburg University and Hamburg University in Germany as well as Yale University and Harvard University in the USA. In recent years, the center has selected more than 20 key personnel of discipline to conduct international exchanges, and has jointly trained more than 10 master's and doctoral students. It also carried out nearly 10 international training programmes which benefited nearly 1,000 people.

As the impact of mental health services innovation continues to expand, the center widely promote the medical consortium building inside and outside the district.It cooperates with Jiaxing Second Hospital of Zhejiang province to build a "Joint Mental Health Centre" and also collaborates with several tertiary hospitals and community health service centers to establish the "Pudong New Area Mental Health Alliance". Meanwhile, it is an educational practice base of the department of clinical psychology of Beijing Normal University. Working with Fudan University and Tongji University, it also develops a new model of "Home-School-Medicine" systematic intervention for students' mental health and creates a network of "Combination Medicine with Enterprise" and "Combination Medicine with Enterprise" mental health services for all.

The center is a training site for master and doctor for psychiatry at Tongji University, with three doctoral supervisors and six master's supervisors, and has edited or co-edited more than 10 national planning textbooks. It has a Shanghai excellent course, ideological and political demonstration course and team, and has won the second prize for teaching achievements of Tongji University.

In order to contribute to building Pudong into a pioneer area, the center will link up with Tongji University's new round of "double first-class" discipline construction, build a new center in Lingang, and vigorously introduce high-level talents. Based in Shanghai, serving the whole country and facing the world, Shanghai Pudong New Area Mental Health Center will continue to strive for the one with global influence.
